In this 8 module course, you’ll learn everything you need to grow your list and convert with opt-in quizzes. Plain English, go at your own pace, and plenty of resources to help you get a jump-start!Choosing a quiz name is vital to the success of your quiz, just like the subject line in an email or the title of a blog post. Without an engaging and exciting quiz name, few will take the time to click through it. So, how do you create an exciting name?

Choose Your Quiz Name Word-by-Word

Just like the last module, knowing your client is key! A fun and easy way to get started is to grab a pen and paper or open a new text document and write down a list of works your ideal clients use when they’re excited or love something. This will help you find words they’re likely to engage with for your quiz, but you’ll probably refer back to this when creating your sales pages, advertising, and other copy, too.

There are also “power words” that tend to resonate with people, and pulling in a few of those can help. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, click here to download a list of over 620 power words you can start using today.

Your Quiz Name Should Evoke a “Feel” or Emotion

You’ll want your quiz name to possess a handful of characteristics, like:

  • Fun
  • Edgy
  • Brand-New
  • Innovative

Don’t freak out! You don’t have to be all of these things. I don’t know if someone targeting spiritual, heart-centered women with a very feminine personality type needs to have an edgy quiz title, right?

As for new, innovative titles, don’t stress yourself – consider the big names in your niche and a few you believe are especially close to what you do. If they have their own quiz, just make sure you avoid a similar name.

Some Other Tips

  • It’s a proven fact that the word “actually” entices people to complete a quiz. For example, “How much do you actually know as an entrepreneur in your industry?”
  • Titles based on “Which [insert] are you?” are very intriguing. People love to compare themselves, whether it’s a superhero or a TV show character – or even an animal. I’ve seen people complete quizzes to find out what color crayon they are, so trust me, these work.
  • Attention-grabbing titles often start with “Find your…”, such as “Find Your Inner Goddess Name,” or “Find Your Best Busy-Schedule Workout”
